Design and maintain a scalable service-delivery framework aligned with business objectives.
efine, monitor, and improve SLAs and OLAs to guarantee consistent service performance.
hair the Change Advisory Board to evaluate and approve critical system changes.
ead response efforts for high-severity security incidents and report outcomes.
rive automation initiatives and review SOPs semi-annually.
anage vendor relationships and oversee a €5M+ IT services budget.
Must HavesMaster’s degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar.
ecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent).
inimum 15 years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in security and SIEM management.
roven expertise in ensuring enterprise SIEM (Splunk) and SOAR (Palo Alto XSOAR) platforms deliver business and operational value.
xperience managing an operational budget exceeding €5 M and leading mixed teams of internal and vendor staff.
emonstrated ability to define, monitor, and optimize SLAs/OLAs, and to lead a Change Advisory Board.
Nice to HavesExperience with process automation technologies (RPA).
amiliarity with ITIL frameworks.
trategic vision for cybersecurity and advanced security analytics.
