Global IT Delivery Lead

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Manage execution of global digitalization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with development team and stakeholders to analyze requirements, determine project goals, scope, time and budget and design tailored solution and IT architecture.
- Oversee the development, maintenance and support of applications, addressing and resolving issues as needed to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the projects and application support.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes, and application support activities.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

- Masters degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and manage their expectations effectively.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in full-stack development (using technologies such as NextJS, Java Spring Boot, Angular, Vue/NuxtJS and Python) and in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS3, SCSS, REST API.
- Proven experience with DevOps practices, including experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Neo4J), and developing cloud-native applications is a plus.
