Overview We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Global Contingent Labor Program.
This program is dedicated to supporting all temporary hiring needs across the enterprise.
We work closely with hiring managers and external vendor partners to source temporary labor in support of our business needs.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce operations and compliance across a global enterprise.
You will assist with key initiatives focused on data integrity, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities Assist with data cleanup and validation across contingent labor records to ensure audit compliance Support the review and reconciliation of vendor and worker data in key systems Communicate professionally with internal leaders and external vendors to confirm information accuracy Help identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and propose solutions for resolution Support special projects related to program compliance, reporting, and vendor management Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools; experience with Vendor Management Systems is a plus Eagerness to learn about global workforce programs and compliance processes What You'll Gain Exposure to enterprise-wide HR and procurement operations Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors Understanding of contingent labor programs, vendor management, and workforce compliance Mentorship and professional development within a global organization Keys to Success • Building collaborative relationships • Decision making • Drive results • Foster innovation • Personal energy • Self-leadership LI-MP2
