Your ResponsibilitiesAs Global Category Manager Logistics you will join the dynamic Global Procurement Team to create value, by designing and implementing the state-of-the-art strategies to boost the overall value chain, create competitive advantage, and deliver cost savings.Your new challenges include:Establishing excellent strategic and business alignment by building strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal business partnersShaping and continually refine the sourcing and subcategory strategy to align with overall business objectives and collaborate with the global category manager and regional procurement heads.Tailoring logistic strategies to meet functional and local requirements, ensuring seamless implementation and operation.Driving cost savings and process optimizations across logistics functions in partnership with regional procurement heads.Developing and managing a strong category supplier base, including negotiations with subcategory suppliers.Monitoring the logistics market, analyse pricing trends and risks, and report findings to inform strategic decisions.We Elevate...
