Classifying and monitoring incidents of different origins in their area, as well as managing and monitoring them until they are resolved, establishing priorities and managing their resolution.2. Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the processes of maintenance, conservation, improvement and modernisation of the plant.3. To analyse the existing plant and propose Action Plans aimed at improving plant availability.4. Propose plant renovation and modernisation projects for AC-DC energy equipment, batteries, electrical panels, air conditioning and metering systems.5. Monitoring and proposing new market solutions in air-conditioning systems, energy, soundproofing and other necessary elements, aimed at radio infrastructures and sites.6. Monitoring and control of maintenance works on a territorial level, as well as guaranteeing compliance with the applicable Urban Planning, Technical and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.7. Coordinate service recovery actions for clients, minimising response times8. To ensure the correct registration and inventory of the plant in due time and form, guaranteeing the reflection of the actions in the plant and allowing decision making.9. Compilation of the necessary information for the processing of insurance claims or claims against third parties, if applicable.10. Follow-up of priority incidents directly with the client's area.11. Coordinate and control the obtaining of the relevant permits from public and private bodies necessary for the achievement of our objectives, as well as attending to these bodies when they require any action, applying the regulations in force in each case.12. To disseminate and promote communication, knowledge, innovation and best practices in the team.JOB PROFILE:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:· Technical Engineering/Superior Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering· At least 5 years in a similar position· Advanced level of English· Knowledge in metallic and electrical structures of telecommunication towers located on rooftops and grounds, both in urban and rural environments (Radio Equipment/Power Equipment/Climate Equipment/Accommodation/Supports...).· Expertise in AC-DC power systems and equipment, batteries, switchboards and metering systems. Solutions and energy efficiency for telecommunication sites.· Knowledge of energy-efficient air-conditioning systems designed for telecommunication sites (free-cooling systems, inverter, etc.) and soundproofing solutions.· Knowledge of hybrid generating sets and alternative energies.· Knowledge of remote monitoring and control systems and protocols for radio base stations.· Knowledge of low and medium voltage regulations and standards.· Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks and equipment.· Knowledge of wind exposure calculations for antennas and radiant systems on telecommunications towers and calculations of loads on rooftop structures and terraces.· Knowledge of associated works for radio base stations, such as construction of huts and roads and fencing of enclosures. Space optimisation techniques.· Knowledge of multi-operator solutions, mimicry and tower reinforcements.· Fluent in Excel, Access, Word and Power-Point.
