What you’ll do Job Title.
General Manager - Network Operations/Cloud & OSS Location.
Pune The Vodafone Network Operations – Cloud & OSS Operations function is part of the journey of delivering outstanding service availability enabling zero touch operations.
Fundamentally follows the Tech target to build network as a platform.
To support the execution of this strategy the Cloud & OSS team is seeking a matured and dynamic professional to lead our Cloud and OSS department at _VOIS India.
The role demands building/insourcing strengthening the existing & new functions & solutions that underpin the execution of our cloud strategy and ensuring the seamless operation of OSS functions for Network Operations.
You will provide leadership direction and line management for the internal and external operational teams, develop and execute the overarching strategy for the Cloud and OSS function in alignment with organizational goals, build the plan.
time, work allocation, resources, organisation and governance, and ensure execution of the plan by managing the teams and addressing the risks.
As General Manager, you will be accountable for creating and maintaining an operational framework delivering excellent customer service in a cost-efficient manner and you will be accountable for leading and successfully delivering projects and programmes of work across several strategic pillars.
Who you are 10+ years of experience in leading cloud and OSS functions in a technology-driven environment.
10+ years of Hands-on experience on international network, roaming platform, monitoring systems, performance management systems, inventory systems, ticketing systems and operations support solutions technologies in general.
Manage shared service teams and managed service projects under INOC Cloud & OSS.
Accountable for the key service operations activities & strategy to deliver appropriately and in accordance with the agreed Service-level agreement.
Manage vendor relationships (negotiate contracts, follow-up through the full financial cycle of the purchase orders, drive performance & improvements).
Implement & ensure compliance with best practices, standards, procedures for the department.
Create a culture of continuous improvement & development within the teams.
Preferred.
Agile/ITIL Certifications, Knowledge certificate in the domain of Cloud, OSS, Network, Automation.
