GAME DESIGNER

CrazyLabs, a world-leading mobile game developer with over 6 Billion downloads to date, is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Game Designer to join our team and work on our next Hyper and Hybrid Simulation games. What you’ll be working onCollaborate with the Ideation and Game Product Owners team to create new game ideas as well as working on existing games in the pipeline.Review and analyze game design features as well as suggest solutions according to specific KPIs and business challenges.In charge of creation of design briefs, flowcharts, and feature layouts.Participate in playtesting sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback to iterate on and improve game performance, features and mechanicsWork closely with the game product owners to define requirements and roadmap.Work with the external and internal teams - mentor them to successfully develop and deliver high profile gamesContinuously research and keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging game design techniques and technologies.Help come up with new & engaging game themes and mechanicsWhat we’re looking forAt least 3 year of game design experience in a mobile gaming companyBachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceStrong knowledge of game design principles, including mechanics, storytelling, and level design.UI/UX experience - An advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Unity and Adobe Photoshop - an advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, time management and prioritizationPassion for gaming and especially to the Hyper and Hybrid Simulation world as well as deep understanding of what makes games fun and engaging.
