FullStack Engineer About the Job Allianz Trade is a subsidiary of the Allianz group, a leader in B2B insurance solutions for trade exchanges (credit insurance, surety, BNPL).

Allianz Technology, responsible for the IT of Allianz Trade, is looking for a Team Lead Consultant to strengthen the Innovation department.
This department is dedicated to the development and maintenance of technical solutions related to past and future group innovative initiatives.
It includes a very diverse range of projects, thanks to a Lean management approach and a closely-knit team with a variety of technical cultures.
What you do As a FullStack Engineer, reporting to the IT Manager of this department, you will be responsible for the following tasks across all projects.
• Assigned to a set of projects, you will have significant daily autonomy to meet commitments regarding deadlines, overall quality, and compliance level.
• With your seniority, you will be able to analyze and propose appropriate evolutions on your services to ensure their proper execution over time.
• Leveraging your expertise and interpersonal skills, you will evaluate developers, help them improve technically, and support them in internal team interactions at Allianz.
• You will propose and produce deliverables related to technical implementation in the most suitable format, ensuring knowledge sharing and reversibility.
• You will play a central role in department life and be one of its main facilitators.
Your proactivity and leadership will be expected to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
What you bring • Certified computer science engineer with at least 6 years of experience, enabling you to challenge, estimate and supervise the needs of the development team.
• Your expertise in software development allows you to feel comfortable with all technical topics, from global architectural choices to graphical outputs.
• Solid experience in developing REST APIs using Node micro-services and in CI/CD pipelines with significant experience with AWS serverless services as a must.
• Experience with Unit testing is a relevant skill.
Frontend experience in Angular, React would be a plus.
• Curiosity with eagerness to learn about new domains and new technical tools as well as being proactive in your tasks and resolving daily challenges and escalating relevant alerts while proposing suitable solutions.
• Experienced in interacting with demanding clients or business stakeholders and comfortable in a role with significant autonomy and responsibility for commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Enjoy being in a team that constantly evolves and adapt to its context.
Experience in a digital or innovation team within a large group being a plus.
