Full Stack .NET Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with strong knowledge of the banking domain to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications used in banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing robust and scalable applications, with a focus on performance, security, and regulatory compliance specific to the banking industry.

As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and streamline banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications using .NET (Core and Framework), C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop back-end services and APIs for banking applications, integrating them with core banking systems, payment processing, and transaction handling.
- Ensure that both front-end and back-end components are designed with a focus on performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and development plans.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with external systems and services.
- Work with SQL Server and other database technologies to design and maintain data models, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity in the banking domain.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage deployment pipelines, automate testing, and ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of applications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and banking regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) and incorporate them into development practices.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical guidance to ensure the team follows best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure all applications are compliant with banking regulations and industry security standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the banking domain and experience developing banking applications, payment systems, transaction processing, or core banking solutions.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework for back-end development.
- Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration with third-party services and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and manage database design.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS) and Agile methodologies for software development.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development, particularly for banking applications (e.g., data encryption, authentication).
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the banking and financial services industry (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS, particularly for deploying banking applications.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with unit testing, test-driven development (TDD), and working with testing frameworks like xUnit, MSTest, or NUnit.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation of software delivery processes.
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for managing asynchronous processing in banking applications.
- Understanding of banking-specific regulations and industry standards such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and other financial compliance guidelines.
