Full Stack Developer (React + Node.
s) – Interim Manager in Barcelona Project Description.
On behalf of one of our clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to step in as an Interim Manager, supporting the technical leadership and hands-on development of a web application.
This is a contract role for a senior professional with strong experience in full stack technologies and team coordination.

Our client is seeking a technically strong interim leader to join their development team and drive ongoing product improvements.
The ideal candidate will be able to balance hands-on coding with architectural decision-making, while mentoring developers and maintaining high-quality standards in the build process.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead full stack development using React and Node.
s Make key decisions on architecture and technical direction Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams Promote best practices in development, testing, and version control Ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance of the platform Must-Have Skills.
Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.
s Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases Proven leadership in technical teams or previous interim/management roles Ability to work on-site or hybrid from Barcelona Nice-to-Have Skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with DRM, analytics, or monetization systems Experience working with headless CMS platforms, especially Directus Strong skills in testing, Git version control, and development best practices Engagement Type.
Contract-based interim role (scope and duration defined with client) Languages.
Spanish and/or English fluency required Location Requirement.
