Junior to Intermediate (1+ years) About the Role Are you ready to build high-impact interfaces within one of Europe’s largest banking ecosystems? We’re looking for a Front-End Developer to join a high-priority project focused on evolving the core architecture of distributed banking systems.
This is not your typical front-end role—you’ll be developing highly reusable web components using Lit Element, working in a complex, structured environment where performance, security, and compliance are critical.
If you’ve got a strong JavaScript foundation and a passion for clean, component-driven architecture, this opportunity offers the chance to work on high-scale systems that reach millions—all while collaborating with a technically sophisticated and quality-driven team.
What You’ll Be Doing Develop dynamic, reusable front-end components using Lit Element within the Banking Cells architecture.
Write high-quality, maintainable JavaScript code that adheres to performance and security standards.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from concept to deployment and support.
Work within distributed Agile teams, aligning with internal frameworks and compliance requirements.
Ensure optimal integration of front-end modules into Customer enterprise-grade architecture.
Technologies You’ll Use Lit Element (Web Components) JavaScript (Core, ES6+) Banking Cells Distributed Ether Architecture Agile methodologies and internal collaboration tools What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of professional experience in front-end development.
Hands-on experience with Lit Element and a solid understanding of modern JavaScript principles.
Familiarity with the Cells architecture or prior exposure to Banking systems is a strong plus.
Comfortable working across the software development lifecycle in structured environments.
Technical degree or advanced certification in IT, engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in working remotely, with occasional in-person attendance in Madrid when needed.
