Lead the migration of data and processes from R to SQL (Snowflake).
Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and data pipelines.
Optimize the performance of SQL queries and data workflows.
Ensure data quality and integrity by collaborating closely with tech teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and systems.
Provide training and support to team members on SQL and Snowflake.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering.

Requirements
Strong experience as a Data Engineer.
Proven track record in R to SQL migration projects.
Advanced knowledge of Snowflake and SQL optimization techniques.
Fluency in English (B2/C1 level minimum).
Excellent autonomy, initiative, and learning agility.
Full-time availability on a freelance basis.
Based in or near Barcelona for 1 day/week onsite work.
Nice to Have
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated sectors.
Familiarity with documentation tools and technical knowledge sharing.
Background in data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
