We are looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance & Operations team.
This is a very diverse role that will work transversely between all internal stakeholders (HR, Strategy, Product, Legal, Tech, etc.).
Within the Finance and Operations team, we are business advisors.
We use data to help our internal stakeholders understand their financial needs.
We ensure our internal leaders have the most up to date and reliable information that allows them to make the best possible decision to achieve our overall business objectives.
As a FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company by performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that support major corporate decisions of the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
You will report to the Finance and Operation Lead and will be responsible for analyzing all aspects of business performance across the group.

Budget and forecasting process, implementing the Financial modeling to analyze the company numbers with the representation in numbers in the past, present, and the forecasted future Deliver monthly business review with analysis of variances and key learnings Ensure timely reporting/tracking of company KPIs, including insightful commentary and recommendations Develop KPI metrics as we grow, and improve reporting capabilities to give leaders forward-looking indicators.
Track actuals throughout the month/week vs.
forecast for key KPIs Provide insights from data analysis for decisions that impact the future.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement Modeling of new business / revenue streams Support senior management, analyze efficiencies, and assess risks involved.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
