As they continue to innovate, we are seeking a Financial Business Controller to join their team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial strategy and ensuring operational efficiency to support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business initiatives, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities in financial operations, developing mitigation strategies and action plans to ensure financial health and stability.
Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Drive a culture of financial accountability, transparency, and innovation, fostering a high-performance team culture within the finance organization.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.
., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably within the online gaming or sports betting industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and best practices, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.
., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
