As a Finance Trainee focused on Accounts Payable, you'll gain practical experience supporting the hotel's financial processes while developing core skills in accounting, supplier relations, and administrative management.
Over a 6-month internship, you'll work alongside our Finance team, learning to handle invoices, verify data, and assist with reconciliations-all while contributing to the smooth running of our Finance Department.
hat You'll Do.
upport the reception, review, and basic recording of invoices.
ssist in verifying tax and administrative data on documents.
elp organize and maintain physical and digital files for invoices and payment receipts.
upport the preparation of simple reports or reconciliations under supervision.
ollow up with suppliers to confirm receipt of payments or request missing information.
ssist with general administrative tasks in the Finance area as needed.
