FINANCE INTERNSHIP

As a Finance intern you will support the department in their following tasks to the highest standards.
-         Allowances.
Review if all allowances from the previous day are in place.
-        F&B Checks.
Review if all F&B checks are correct and register them in an Excel sheet.
-        Entertainment.
Review if all checks are in place and register them in an Excel sheet.
-        Paid outs.
Review if all paid outs are done.
-        Review all documents related to Changes of Currency.
-        Review Other Incomes and upsells -        File general accounting activities.
-        Collect bills and correspondent invoices and receivings.
-        Do statistics (National Statistics Institute).
-        Accounting of invoices.
-        Review closed invoices on credit to verify if all back up needed is in place -        Calculating commissions and agency contracts -        Customer service.

It is necessary to be studying a degree or course related to this internship opportunity   Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
