In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and optimizing the finance features of our HR software to clients, helping them streamline their financial processes and achieve greater efficiency in expense management.

You’ll work alongside 15+ consultants across Finance, Payroll, and Talent—helping build and scale our finance services offering.
Finance Management is a key Domain that includes the whole area; Expenses Management, Account Payable/Procurement, Project Management and Financial Workspace.
ne of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs.
This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.
In this role, you’ll use your financial expertise and tech know-how to support clients in optimizing their finance processes with Factorial’s tools, deliver high-impact insights, and shape scalable service packages to drive long-term value and growth.

Understand client needs, spot inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
Help clients meet financial policies, support audit readiness, and use analytics to drive cost-saving strategies.

Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent and aligned delivery.

Provide feedback to the Product team, support testing, and validate features to ensure they meet client needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.
., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in finance consulting, financial operations, or implementing ERP/SaaS solutions.
