About the RoleWe are looking for a finance assistant to support us in carrying out our day-to-day transactions.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that can learn new processes quickly, is keen to be involved with lots of different finance tasks, and is excited about working in a fast-paced and growing Tech startup.
We encourage all our finance team members to be proactive about finding ways to improve our internal processes and systems.&#;ResponsibilitiesProcessing expert and supplier paymentsBookkeeping and reconciliation in XeroBookkeeping and reconciliation in Spendesk (expenses, cards & vendor invoices)Support in preparation of payment-runsFinance Mailbox.
