DESCRIPTION The EU Fashion Finance organization seeks a Finance Analyst to Retail Shoes & Apparel business.

An expert in navigating complex formulas, systems, and processes to provide strategic guidance, tactical direction, and decision support to the Softlines Private Brands leadership team.
Primary responsibilities include.
· Business partnership with teams on strategic initiatives and critical organizational goals · Financial data mining, modeling and analytics to identify strategic opportunities, support new initiatives, and measure progress on critical goals · Controllership of the business, including ensuring data integrity · Ownership of key financial and operational performance metrics BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience · IT literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills · Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions · Excellent oral and written communication skills in English · A strong desire to exceed expectations · Highly analytical and detail oriented PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in relevant commercial finance business partner roles.
