If you are a team player with strong written communication skills, paying attention to details, keep reading;) As a Finance Administration Executive, based in Barcelona, you will be part of the international Finance Department responsible for ongoing operations for Splio group, which has its HQ in France, and subsidiaries in Spain, Italy, and Tunisia.
You will be responsible for client-in & out procedures, document registration & invoicing, collections follow-up and other administrative duties related to the accounts receivable management (direct debit processing, electronic invoicing, client´s account reconciliation, and client´s support where applicable to your scope).
You will be in direct contact with our French, Spanish, Italian and Tunisian teams and clients.
Duties and main activities.
Document registration (in French/Spanish/Italian/English) & verification You will coordinate process of registering new clients’ contracts, amendments, and terminations.
You will be asked to verify whether the documents were registered correctly.
Invoicing You will be responsible for preparation and verification of invoices, credit notes, sales orders based on the contract or request from your colleagues.
You will need to make sure all services were invoiced on time, working closely with Customer Success and Customer Care Teams.
You will be responsible for SMS usage tracking on a monthly basis.
You will be responsible for client payments booking / management, accounts reconciliation and follow-up.
Client support You will be responsible for helping our clients with their invoicing, payments and contract related questions.
Other administration tasks You may also be involved in other Finance Team activities, usually related to data input and data verification.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
+ year of experience working with invoicing tools.

nowledge of Sales Administration, and basic contract reading.
xperience with tools as NetSuite, MS Excel is a plus.
