FI/CO APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Today we have 77 production centers on four continents that directly employ more than 21,000 people.Joining our Digital Transformation Team, depending directly on the FI/CO Team Lead, we are starting the search for an experienced FI/CO Apps Manager lead. The selected candidate will oversee the development of a comprehensive strategy for the FI/CO program aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Main accountabilitiesDrive mid/long term programs roadmaps in the FI/CO Roca’s consolidated current applications; Swiftnet. OCR, Travel expenses, dispute management, Time Allocation, others.Collaborate and integrate with cross-functional teams such digital marketing, ecommerce, C4C and customer success. Ensure that projects/solutions of integrated areas are aligned with FI/CO.Develop added value ideas intro projects and be open to extend FI/CO apps portfolio.Lead the support FI/CO apps team in terms of having a healthy backlog in terms of incidencKey tasksLead the internal and external team dedicated to FI/CO satellites/applications.Manage the external parties and ensure that the incidents and request are under control.Manage Projects in close collaboration with business/Digital Transformation& IT according to the defined processes.Maintain contact with the software manufacturer (SAP) to be up to date on product updates and issues resolutions.Ensures timely execution of projects with quality considerations.Create KPI and reports to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the group.Leads and coordinates software and hardware projects in coordination with internal / external partners and cross functional/regional project teams.Manage project budgets and contracts with partner suppliers.Ensures compliant and reliable delivery of IT Solutions by internal/external staff/providers in line with SLAsDelivers small-scale change/enhancements and improvements to the IT solution.Coordination of internal and external suppliers / vendorsWe are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of IT project management experience and 10 years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent). It is required to have: Technical understanding of relevant application including configuration, customization, administration, interfaces, etc.Experience in delivering solutions with near and offshore services.Proven experience in program management, customer advocacy, or community management roles.Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Resilient, committed, proactive and problem solver oriented.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Good understanding of both written and spoken English
