Responsibilities Your role as a Faculty Payment Administrative will involve.
Manage the daily faculty payment process.
Record accounting transactions (invoices, payments, transfers, etc.).
Handle tax-related procedures.
tax residency, withholdings, compliance.
Verify documentation required for payment processing.
Register and update professor personal and banking data.
Reconcile academic planning and teaching schedules.
Provide support to professors via email, phone, and in person.
Coordinate with Academic Planning, Talent, IT, Admissions, and Vice Dean of Faculty.
Process national and international remittances and wire transfers.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
Ensure all processes comply with legal and internal regulations.
Support budget planning and reconciliation.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, ideally in academic or international environments.
Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation applicable to professional services.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems valued.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
International mindset and experience in multicultural environments.
