Facilities Manager45,000 EurosDevonshire has partnered with leading company in the sports sector, experiencing continuous growth in Spain and across Europe. The company's goal is to create a more active and happier society through personalised health programs.For this role you will need experience in a sports centre or gym environment.Job Role & Responsibilites:What will be your main functions?· Reception and follow-up of incidents generated through the CMMS system (SIGE 21), being the guarantor of the management of cases and their resolution.· Responsible for the problems that arise in the assigned centers and study of the possible solutions, adapting them to the casuistry of the area-suppliers-impact.· Develop and maintain the operating strategies of the facilities of each center to apply them to each BMS control system· Timely communication to the director of the department, area and centre managers, of the focus on service to them and the building of relationships· Carry out annual planning of audits of the centers in coordination with the Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Area.· Structuring annual budgets related to your area and diagnosing new needs.· Reports weekly to the director of the Facilities department through consensual reports structured in economic areas (income statement of his/her area)· Monitoring of energy consumption, analysis and proposals for improvement· Monitoring and execution of CAPEX reforms (capital allocated to expenses and investments associated with physical assets).Necessary Skills:Technical Engineer or technical qualification with extensive experience related to air conditioning systems, thermal production, water treatment, swimming pools, control systems in a sports environment.Knowledge of thermal energy production equipment, chillers, geothermal, cogeneration, boilers, air handling units. · Knowledge of BM, treatment systemsSpecific knowledge of the Trend brand. · Knowledge of water treatment in swimming pools · DHW & Legionella SystemPlease note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.Devonshire is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
