The Expert Rating Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.
They will help establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards, shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models.
They will be part of a wider team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters dedicated to improving advertising relevance for end-users across the world.

Responsibilities.
Data Analysis.
Conduct thorough analysis of rating data, including historical trends, industry benchmarks, and customer feedback, to assess the accuracy and reliability of ratings.
Quality Assurance.
Ensure the quality and integrity of ratings by meticulously reviewing and verifying data inputs, methodologies, and calculations, while adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Research and Development.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance rating methodologies and models, fostering innovation and improving predictive accuracy.
Stakeholder Communication.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to effectively communicate rating methodologies, findings, and recommendations, providing insights and guidance to support informed decision-making.
Compliance and Governance.
Uphold regulatory compliance and governance standards by maintaining a robust framework for documentation, audit trails, and risk management practices, ensuring transparency and accountability in the rating process.

Are analytical and data-driven with a proven track record of data-based decision-making Have a strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligence Can effectively summarize complex information, questions, and solutions for various audiences Have experience researching and gathering insights, and understanding complex problems across a variety of topics Can define, explain, and defend their points of view in group discussions Are comfortable reviewing and discussing a variety of topics – you do not need to have expertise on the topics, but a willingness to research and understand to support consensus decisions is vital Are comfortable with ambiguity in guidelines, workflows, and processes, and are motivated to help establish those systems Experience & Requirements  Required.
Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken) Required.
Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement  Preferred.
2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following.
AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation Preferred.
4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines Preferred.
Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising Preferred.
Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it related to artificial intelligence Preferred.
Experience with working in an Agile development environment Preferred.
Experience with SQL or HTML Additional Job Details.
