EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, US PRIME & MARKETING TECH

We are looking for someone to support two Directors.
one based in Spain, and the other in US.
Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and change.
They will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with SVP+ level offices & senior executives.
Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars to support teams in global locations and time zones.
They will also build relationships with EAs across the company and our Legal, Finance, HR, and PR partners.
They will support two Tech Directors and teams during PEAK {Prime Days, T11, Holiday} including working longer hours as needed to serve customers.
This role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and project management skills.
This EA will excel in creating and enforcing mechanisms that will scale, optimizing efficiency around every-day tasks while continually auditing current mechanisms for relevance.
This EA will sit in either Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations.
Barcelona, B, ESP | Madrid, M, ESP BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience in providing support to senior leadership teams - Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management - Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word - Passionate about implementing processes that increase productivity and minimize churn and wants to develop - Project or program management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines - Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time - High level of integrity and discretion - Impeccable attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision - Able to travel internationally and domestically as needed Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
