\u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb> PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES \u003C/b> \u003Cbr />- Partner closely with the MSIM Fixed Income team (analysts, portfolio managers, traders and portfolio specialists) to consistently incorporate ESG analysis into the investment process.
\u003Cbr />- Work with Calvert analysts to maintain models which reflect our materiality matrix for the purpose of differentiating companies and securities based on their ESG performance, identifying ESG key performance indicators that have proven to be most impactful on stock and fixed income prices and integrate into research framework \u003Cbr />- Produce forward-looking ESG sector theses which address current and emerging ESG issues \u003Cbr />- Seek and evaluate sources of information regarding ESG policies and performance of corporations and other issuers of fixed income securities \u003Cbr />- Partner with research analysts to identify & incorporate ESG factors into investment analysis (credit notes, comp tables, etc.) and relate the information to bond valuations.
\u003Cbr />- Take part in Fixed-Income focused issuer engagement efforts (company dialogues, market level initiatives) in close collaboration with fundamental research analysts and the Calvert Stewardship & Engagement Team \u003Cbr />- Contribute to our team's proprietary knowledge of ESG factors and materiality \u003Cbr />- Assist in creating a productive, collaborative, and innovative team culture, including facilitating the team's professional development \u003Cbr />- Contribute to original research \u003Cbr />- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields in the Sustainability space; Master's degree a plus.
