ENTERTAINMENT & NAUTILUS CLUB LEAD

Your Purpose The Experience and Nautilus Club Lead will enhance our guest's journey by performing individually and as part of the Entertainment team to entertain and engage with guests, specifically leading our children and teenagers' experience programs throughout the cruise.
Your Impact * Organize and lead the onboard Nautilus Club Programme.
* Monitors all aspects of safety, security, and public health to ensure the well-being of all Nautilus Club members taking part in our programs.
* Work in collaboration with the Entertainment team and lead Nautilus Club Hosts (when onboard).
* Ensure the Nautilus Club Centre and areas used are well maintained and tidied after activities and events.
Your Journey So Far * Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a diploma in a related field * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and in particular, parents/guardians of Young Explorer participants.
* Compliance with CLIA Regulations.
* An application that elicits information about the applicant's past employment, training education and personal history, including self-disclosure about any criminal record.
* Two references, including the most recent one, regarding previous work with children that are confirmed through direct contact.
* Evidence of identity (passport or driving license with photo) * Evidence of appropriate training and qualification to work directly with children.
* Consent from an applicant to seek information from the relevant Criminal Records Bureau in their home nation.
* An interview of applicant according to company protocols for employees and volunteers working with children.
* An induction or orientation during which a check is made that the application has been completed in full (including sections on criminal records and self-disclosures); the job requirements and responsibilities are clarified; child protection policies and procedures are explained; and the staff members acknowledges receipt of such information and any other company code of conduct or ethics.
* Skilful in tactful, diplomatic crisis and problem-handling.
* Previous experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality/cruise lines or Entertainment services.
* Computer literacy required.
Basic Windows based programs knowledge.
* Fluent English, oral and written and 2 additional European languages are required (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish and French).
Your Essentials * Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
