Let’s get in touch 👇What You’ll Be DoingLeading the establishment and evolution of our risk appetite frameworkDeveloping and maintaining cross-functional elements of our risk management frameworkSupporting our Risk governance processesContributing to the monitoring of the firm’s risk profile through KRIs, incidents and other risk monitoring toolsSupporting the implementation of our risk framework in our international and other operating subsidiariesDeveloping and producing insightful management informationContributing to strengthening firm wide risk awareness and cultureWhat You'll Need5+ years of work experience in risk management in the financial services sectorExcellent stakeholder management, project management, problem solving skillsSubstantial practical experience in the design and implementation of ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (ideally banking and/or payments)Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk managementTechnology and data savvy — ability to innovatively create and analyse data in order to generate meaningful and important business and risk insights (ideally proficient with SQL and business intelligence tooling)Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
