ENTERPRISE FIXED SERVICES ENGINEER

What you’ll do Role purpose.
To carry out the detailed designs, the certification of the related devices as well as the deployment steps for the provision of Enterprise solutions over Fixed Access Networks for standard products or bespoke projects.
Enterprise Fixed Services Engineer acts as ambassador of the Fixed Access Engineering towards the local market VBU and VBTS department, aiming the quality of the services and the “customer satisfaction”.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
•    Contribute to the development of the Enterprise Services over Fixed Access Networks for standard products supporting VBU Marketing  •    Certify all Enterprise Devices e.
.
CPEs, IP Phones, Switches supporting VBTS, IT & Operations for provisioning and CPE configurations and maintains the 2nd Level support to Vendors or other Technology teams (NSE, VNO, IT, etc.) •    Third level support for standard products CPEs and special requests raised by VBTS for custom Configuration •    Leads or supports the design and the delivery for corporate projects and custom solutions for Enterprise customers.
Preparing HLD, time-plan and cost proposals to VBU (direct or though NSE/DEMAND) or coordinate with other NSE team the deliveries (certifications, changes, etc.) as per project requirements •    Contribute to the network evolution and the vendors management for the Enterprise Fixed Services & Devices on areas of applicability (eg NGA, SDWAN, 4/5G, VoIP, MPLS) •    Coordinate with other NSE and Technology teams for the services design & delivery and provides work-orders per customer design and maintains services and devices inventory •    Fulfilment of Enterprise Fixed Services technical design and delivery in local markets of Enterprise Fixed or FWA/Converged Standard Products Who you are Must have technical / professional qualifications and Experience.
•    A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
•    English language (Fluent oral and written) •    At least 5 years’ experience in Fixed or Converged Access environment  •    Good knowledge of the following networking technologies.
o    Fixed and Mobile network and devices o    VoIP/SIP/IMS/FAX o    IP Routing & Protocols  o    Services SD-WAN/MPLS o    Devices Management   o    Testing methodology •    Ability to negotiate and adopt, to achieve smooth and efficient delivery in the market of responsibility Must have technical / professional qualifications.
