Job Description We’re seeking a strategic, business-focused Enterprise Architect to lead the future of our marketing technology landscape.
In this role, you’ll drive the vision, roadmap, and implementation of scalable, innovative, and secure architecture that supports Marketing, eCommerce, and Customer Experience initiatives.
You will partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, and leadership to shape a modern MarTech ecosystem that fuels growth, improves user experience, and enables data-driven decisions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys translating complex business needs into simple, effective technology strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing platforms, customer data, automation, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities.
Define and own the future-state architecture for marketing and customer experience technologies.
Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Evaluate and guide the integration of MarTech platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, CMS, SEO, analytics, personalization, and customer journey tools.
Lead solution design reviews to ensure architecture alignment and governance.
Provide technical due diligence during platform evaluations and RFI/RFP processes.
Influence buy vs.
build decisions, establish architectural standards, and mentor teams.
Drive enterprise adoption of architecture vision through compelling storytelling and strategic engagement.
Partner with IT, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize initiatives, align on roadmaps, and close gaps between current and future states.
Serve as the technology bridge between business challenges and IT solutions.
Qualifications Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Experience.
8+ years in IT or enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years focused on marketing/sales technologies.
Deep expertise in digital marketing systems including CRM, CMS, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and personalization platforms.
Strong background in business process modeling, customer journey mapping, and enterprise integration.
Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and influence at all levels.
Strong understanding of data architecture, BI, governance, and vendor evaluation.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
