BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Intern at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities.
Scrap Data Collection.
Support in gathering and organizing data related to scrapped parts from production lines.
Scrap Parts Analysis.
Assist in analyzing defective or scrapped components to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Data Organization & Visualization.
Structure and present data using tools such as Pareto charts, trend analysis, and time-based graphs to support decision-making.
Workshops & Meetings.
Help organize and participate in workshops and cross-functional meetings aimed at defining and implementing action plans.
Supplier Follow-up.
Collaborate with suppliers to track and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Profile.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Currently in Mechanical, Eletrical or similar Engineering Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
