ENGINEERING MANAGER INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY

About the opportunity We are looking for an Engineering Manager (in either our Barcelona or Berlin location) to lead, manage and grow a group of talented engineers, working closely with product managers and various stakeholders from the business, focusing on interesting and exciting topics at N26.
You will be leading a talented group of Engineers as part of our Security Engineering domain  The Security Engineering segment's goals are.
Launch the infrastructure security program Grow infrastructure security team to 7 engineers Automate our cloud security posture management Own and improve Vulnerability management and patch management program Increase security coverage of our corporate infrastructure and IT assets Unify the security incident management process and threat intelligence Once you are here you will.

Previous experience work in a FinTech company or exposure working in an environment enabling DevOps culture  A good understanding of how operations work.
