Your contribution.
You take on project leadership for specific projects throughout the entire project lifecycle and are responsible for quality, on-time and on-budget execution, as well as the delivery of results.
You define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements that are quantified using KPIs.
You lead project teams, including coordinating, guiding, and supporting internal and external project teams within an agile team structure.
You bring subject-matter expertise in energy projects and energy management, including the delivery of electricity supply connections and on-site generation.
You develop, implement, and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs to ensure transparency of milestones and performance across all projects.
What makes you stand out.
At least 3 years of professional experience in energy management, telecommunications, property management, or infrastructure A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with an electrical engineering background Strong analytical thinking, risk management skills, and a proven ability to execute and implement solutions Extensive experience in program management and in the execution of energy-related projects Fluent German skills (C1) and proficient English skills (B1), both written and spoken What we offer.
