Your contribution.
You are responsible for leading the deployment and ongoing compliance with ISO across local TowerCos Prepare, implement, and monitor internal and external audits for the certification and maintenance of the management system Define and report against technology KPIs, manage energy related training courses and drive employee engagement Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the ISO standards Leading and managing the technology related ESG data and KPIs for internal and external reporting across local TowerCos Proactively driving the global exchange between the local TowerCos in terms of energy management system   What makes you stand out.
At least 5 years of professional experience, at least 2 years of them in energy management in the energy services, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector An university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable degree Experience in managing ISO development, implementation, and monitoring Experience with data analytics and KPIs reporting Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills Fluent English skills written and spoken (C1), German skills are an advantage What we offer.
