ENDPOINT PROTECTION - PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

The Endpoint Security Manager will be responsible for managing the team of Administrators supporting the management and operations of multiple Endpoint Protection Platforms, ensuring that they run as performant as possible and that all security policies and exceptions related change requests are accurately implemented following standard change control processes and timelines.
What will your day-to-day be like?   As a manager, your responsibility will be to ensure that security configurations, policies changes and exception are in-line with Deloitte Standards.

Manage and lead of the Endpoint administrators, including coaching and development of platform administrators.
Participate in product roadmap planning and oversees technology configurations, development of security policies and procedures across Endpoint Protection Platforms.
Respond to Global Incident Response, SOC, and Deloitte Member Firm escalations as necessary to adequately support the Endpoint Protection Service.
Monitor the Endpoint Protection service queue for issues and changes and ensure they are addressed within the agreed SLA following strict internal change control processes.
Review security alerts, action as appropriate and initiate escalations as necessary.
Contribute to knowledge documents and playbooks outlining support procedures and workflows.
Assist operational issue resolution, including working with other internal Deloitte technology teams and vendors.
Work with other Cybersecurity Architects and Subject Matter Experts on technical issues and testing.
What do we expect from you?   Minimum of 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity in support and/or operations.
Experience with Web Protection, CASB, Advanced Threat Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, Firewall, Vulnerability Management.
Experience with scripting tool and programing language such as PowerShell, Python, VB is a plus.
Strong understanding of malware family, attack vector, vulnerability, threat and outbreak containment.
Previous experience managing a team; mentoring teams of security technology professionals supporting large technology programs.
Ability to create, manage and maintain endpoint protection solutions in a large, complex environment.
Have obtained CISSP certification or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, RBAC, least privilege, incident response and SOC operations.
