Collecting and analyzing employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
This includes measuring employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience within the organization.
nboarding and Offboarding.
Implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Similarly, managing offboarding processes to ensure a positive exit experience for departing employees, including knowledge transfer, exit interviews, and gathering feedback.
ngagement.
Promoting a culture of engagement by developing strategies and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, motivation, and commitment among employees.
This includes organizing company events, team-building activities, recognition and rewards programs, surveys, and implementing feedback mechanisms.
ommunications.
Developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
This can include newsletters, town hall meetings, and other communication channels to ensure transparency and open lines of communication.
orkplace.
Manage the relationship with our office supplier (Serviced office in a coworking building) to ensure that our team members have a great environment to thrive. Optimize the layout and utilization of office space to accommodate the needs of employees and departments.

Developing and managing the budget for all the above.
Monitoring and controlling costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Requirements.
