EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST | MADRID, ES

Employee Engagement Specialist We are seeking an experienced employee engagement specialist to join our team.
This person will contribute to enhancing employee engagement at Allianz Partners globally through strategic initiatives such as the Inclusive Workplace, Health and Wellbeing, and Onboarding/Offboarding programs.
The role will also handle new initiatives arising from employee survey follow-up actions.
The successful candidate will design engagement action plans, coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to foster buy-in and support for engagement initiatives, create global awareness through communities and communication, and track the impact of implementing engagement activities throughout the organization.
What you do.
• Design action plans.
Use data from employee surveys, as well as internal and external best practices, to design and refine action plans for engagement initiatives.
Ensure these plans align with Allianz's engagement strategy and targets.
• Stakeholder coordination.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to share insights and best practices and ensure the cohesive implementation of engagement activities in line with targets.
• Create awareness.
Build and manage engagement communities, and design and implement global communication strategies that promote understanding of and participation in engagement initiatives.
• Implementation and follow-up.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of engagement initiatives.
Provide senior management with updates and recommendations to enhance effectiveness in line with Allianz engagement targets.
• Additional engagement activities.
Manage new engagement initiatives that emerge from employee survey follow-up actions and ensure their effective integration into existing plans.
What you bring.
• Experience and Education.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years experience in employee engagement or HR-related roles.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment • Key Competencies.
• Strong conceptual capabilities and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling new initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in a global organization with diverse, multicultural teams • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee engagement projects from inception to completion.
• Technical Skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, collaboration, and content creation (e.
., Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools, collaboration platforms).
• Proficiency in analyzing data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights that inform decision-making What we offer.
