ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION INTERNSHIP IN THAILAND

Go to Thailand for a unique environmental internship in the middle of nature, at the heart of a coastal ecosystem restoration project.
In total immersion in a tropical and multicultural environment, you will participate in a program of reforestation, biodiversity preservation and ecological awareness among local communities.

Description and missions during the internship The project is located in a coastal region of Thailand, supervised by a local team of international biologists, coordinators and volunteers.
The internship takes place in a nature reserve or conservation center, with a clear objective.
to restore degraded ecosystems (mangroves, beaches, wetlands) and protect local wildlife, especially semi-wild species living in the area.
Your missions may include.
• Participation in the planting of mangroves and other native species • Maintenance and monitoring of reforested areas • Environmental data collection and analysis (wildlife, flora, water quality) • Raising awareness among residents about local ecological issues • Support for cleaning activities of beaches and natural areas • Observation and monitoring of semi-wild animals • Creation of educational materials (posters, workshops, videos, etc.) Depending on the season and the needs of the terrain, you can also participate in waste management projects, environmental education in local schools, or even maintenance of ecotourism trails.
The internship provides about 30 to 35 hours per week, in a caring, collaborative and formative environment.
The emphasis is on initiative, adaptability and the ability to work in an intercultural context.
