As official representatives of top brands, we take pride in offering a curated selection of high-quality products to customers around the globe.Our offices and warehouse are conveniently located near the Marina and Bogatell metro stations.Job Description:We are looking for a talented eCommerce Manager to lead our online sales efforts and ensure the growth and success of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in eCommerce management, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for enhancing customer experience.Responsibilities:Lead a team of 3 - 5 individuals proficient in Spanish and English.Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets.Manage and optimize the company’s online store, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and SEO.Analyze website performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce to keep our strategies and operations current.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.Create automated processes to streamline daily operations management.Develop and launch new projects and features.Optimize existing digital assets to improve user experience.Lead the design of promotional materials, including images, pop-ups, forms, and manage discounts during campaigns.Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns to drive conversions.Oversee web content, including product descriptions, images, and blogs, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.Optimize Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize the effectiveness of online marketing and sales efforts.Qualifications:Proven experience (3+ years) in eCommerce management or a similar role.Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience managing Shopify functionalities, preparing product launches, and optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Experience creating A/B tests and landing pages for various audiences.What We Offer:Joining Wolfiek Group means becoming part of a forward-thinking, innovative team in an exciting industry.
