In this role, you will be providing top-notch support to our Dutch-speaking clients, utilizing your skills in customer service and digital marketing.
If you're ready to embrace a new professional and personal journey in Bali, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities • Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to our services and support their journey to digital success.
• Develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients and enhance their engagement.
• Respond quickly and effectively to customer queries through multiple communication platforms.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients maximize their understanding of our services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to improve service offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to provide relevant recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
Requirements • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to adapt to a new environment and culture in Bali.
• Flexibility in working hours to cater to clients across different time zones.
