DRIVER

Amnesia Ibiza is seeking DRIVERS who are responsible for transporting Artists performing at Amnesia or Cova Santa, around the island in a timely manner during the season in Ibiza, the job involves working nights and weekends.

We also orchestrate some nights at the magical Cova Santa, where the charm of the place provides a unique experience. Nightevolution has crossed borders and reached national and international clubs thanks to its innovative approach in creating atmospheres that capture the essence of nightlife.
The role will take place in our offices located in the Amnesia Ibiza Nightclub.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

Transport Artists to and from required destinations.
Pickup up Artists on time.
Fulfill administrative needs like checking journey schedules and making updates where necessary.
Research and plan for traffic, and travel delays.
Interact with clients professionally at all times.
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, cleaned and ready for use.
Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
Register journey times.
Ensure that you hold all legal paperwork and necessary contracts inside the vehicle at all times in case of an inspection by the police.
To contact the passenger 2hrs in advance of the pick up time to advise on the pick up point and confirm the estimated pick up time.
To communicate with the back office as to when artists have arrived at their destination

You will fit if…

A valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience to perform the job safely.
Excellent knowledge of the roads in Ibiza across the island.
Time management and organizational skills to keep track of the pickups and drop off schedule.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with artists, must be of smart appearance.
Fluent in English and a basic Spanish language
