DIGITAL MANUFACTURING BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst with great stakeholders management skills and knowledge in TrendMiner to be part of our IT Technical and Production stream.

Fluent Business English At least 6 years’ experience with Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Position Summary.
Join our team as a dynamic and driven Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst, where you'll report to the Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team Lead for Europe, you will be contributing to delivering the DMA solutions to Nestlé factories in Europe.
What you’ll do    Reporting to the Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team Lead for Europe you will be contributing to delivering the DMA solutions to Nestlé factories in Europe.
Provide expertise in the area of TrendMiner, PowerBi Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud, Snowflake, pipelines etc.
This data will be in the context of manufacturing (performance, quality, energy, process modules, etc.) Deliver support to the markets/factories for new implementations, sustain and leverage/improvement projects in the area of Advanced Analytics.
Ensuring projects are on track as per timeline.
Be an escalation point for markets/factories for issues related to Analytics.
Provide technical expertise on SQL / databases.
Build and maintain strong relationship with the Global Advanced Analytics contact and markets.
Guidance on complex design or technical issues faced by the factories in the area of reporting.
Develop a clear understanding of the DMA product group strategy and work with teams to ensure deliver of high-quality services Be at the forefront for the future of Analytics in Manufacturing at Nestle.
Collaborate on the creation of training materials for the applications.
Deliver training to the end users.
Support the analysis and resolution of products issues in collaboration with the sustain team.
Coach, motivate and guide staff belonging to various organizations (business and IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IT strategy.

Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or similar.
+6 years' experience supporting Analytic solution roll outs within manufacturing environment and working across different time zones.
Good understanding of TrendMiner, PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure, Snowflake etc).
Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
Working with clients or customers internal or external.
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
Bonus Point if You.
Have knowledge with Python or similar programming background preferred.
