om/ Job DescriptionAs Development Director for Spain, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of Accor's diverse hotel brand portfolio in one of Europe's most exciting markets.
This strategic position involves identifying new development opportunities, leading negotiations, and nurturing strong relationships with key industry players such as owners, investors, and partners.
hat will you do?Drive development opportunities across Spain, leading projects from initial contact to signed agreementsEstablish and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, consultants, and legal advisorsManage the negotiation process for management, franchise, and joint venture agreements, in collaboration with legal and technical teamsDesign and implement strategic growth plans aligned with local market dynamics and Accor's global prioritiesRepresent Accor at industry forums and events, promoting our brands and identifying new leadsQualificationsOur ideal profile would be.
