Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join Aecom’s Buildings and Places Team.
The selected candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, interior designers and urban planners working on a range of international projects.
No professional experience is required for this role.
This position would suit a student within Architecture’s degree, wishing to start her/his career in Interior design and architecture, collaborating in real projects while applying BIM methodology on all of them.
During the internship you will give support in the following tasks.
Development of a wide range of projects.
interior design, architectural, competitions, etc.
Preparation of designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated instructions per established design practices.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications No professional experience is required Knowledge in these software applications.
Autocad, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and MS Office will be a must.
Interpersonal and teamwork exceptional skills Good attention to detail  Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
A willingness to learn and share knowledge Basic understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling process) and Revit modelling will be a plus.
