The IT Solution Design Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in solution design and conducts technical analysis enabling the translation of the technical vision into a holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain integrations (APIs), and technical enablers/stories.
Typically reports to the IT Solution Design Manager.
Who you are Job Responsibility The Candidate should have experience in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management including Calibration, CPM,360,Employee profile portlets and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning.
Must have minimum of 1-2 end to end (E2E) SuccessFactors implementation including hands on process design and process configuration.
Should have XML knowledge and should have basic knowledge of other modules.
Should have worked on translations.
Supporting SAP SuccessFactors system testing to ensure solution meets the end user business requirement and deliver the best possible experience.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirement and design solution within the SuccessFactors System.
Provide Hypercare support to client.
Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors.
Should have worked on SAP SuccessFactors release changes.
