Job Role.
Responsibilities.
The Ab Initio Technical Lead will be responsible for working with the product owner and off-shore teams as a hands-on designer and developer of complex components working on strategic implementation projects using the latest technologies from Ab Initio corp.
Leads or participates in the definition, execution and communication of ETL strategy and technical solution.
Development of data staging, architecture and consuming internal and external application interfaces Handling detailed functional designs, and complex application implementation components throughout the entire lifecycle of the project using the latest Ab Initio tools/features (GDE, EME, Control Center, Continuous Flows, ICFFs, Metadata Hub, Express>It, Micrographs, Web Services, MDW Framework, Data Quality Assessment, and etc.
Experience in creating Low level design documentation and functional mappings.
Contribution to the organization in terms of process adoption, resource optimization, tools adoption to bring in efficiency and uplift quality.
Essential.
Extensive knowledge of data warehousing & ETL concepts.
Must have strong hands-on development experience using advanced Ab Initio tool & technologies.
Good knowledge of SQL queries, UNIX/LINUX and scripting.
Creating High Level Designs documentation and leading E2E solution implementation.
Telecommunication experience.
