What you’ll do The IT Architecture Manager provides expert knowledge to define, design, maintain and evolve the development and implementation of architecture solutions to particular business cases in alignment with the IT architecture direction and standards.
The IT Architecture Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team, who perform market agnostic technical planning, architecture development and modifies specifications as well as developing specifications for new products/apps/services and assessing the compatibility and integration of products and services to ensure functionality across interdependent technologies.
Typically reports to the Senior IT Architecture Manager.
Who you are Job Title.
AI Solution Architect – Corporate IT Systems •    Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to understand organizational goals and identify opportunities for AI integration within corporate IT systems.
•    Develop a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business objectives and IT infrastructure requirements.
AI Solution Design.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
•    Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and leverage the latest AI and software engineering technologies and methodologies.
•    Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation for AI and software engineering solutions.
•    Act as a technical point of reference when interacting with the Security and Privacy functions, ensuring that the designed solutions are in line with Vodafone’s internal requirements.
Data Integration and Analysis.
•    Work closely with data engineers to identify and integrate relevant data sources for AI applications.
•    Develop data analysis strategies to extract actionable insights and drive informed decision-making within the IT domain.
Monitoring and Optimization.
•    Implement monitoring tools and metrics to assess the performance of AI solutions.
•    Continuously optimize AI algorithms and models to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
Collaboration and Communication.
•    Provide guidance on the adoption of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks within the IT department.
•    Work closely with internal clients to understand their business needs and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
•    Collaborate with product managers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualification.
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in AI architecture, with a focus on corporate IT systems on SAP Focused Architecture.
•    In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
•    Strong knowledge of conversational design tools and platforms for developing chatbots (IBM Watson and/or MS CLU preferred - ideally both).
•    Strong programming skills (e.
., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
•    Experience/working knowledge of LLMs (e.
.
BERT, GPT3.
, etc.).
•    Experience/strong interest in LLM-based applications and their design.
•    Experience with cloud platforms and AIaaS (AI as a Service) offerings.
Preferred Skills.
•    Certifications in AI and machine learning.
•    Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
•    Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
