What you’ll do The IT Architecture Manager provides expert knowledge to define, design, maintain and evolve the development and implementation of architecture solutions to particular business cases in alignment with the IT architecture direction and standards.
The IT Architecture Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team, who perform market agnostic technical planning, architecture development and modifies specifications as well as developing specifications for new products/apps/services and assessing the compatibility and integration of products and services to ensure functionality across interdependent technologies.
Typically reports to the Senior IT Architecture Manager.
Who you are Role purpose.
The Lead Finance IT Product Manager will support the EVO M&A Portfolio Lead to coordinate the EVO M&A team in Pune.
The role owner will support and consult the business in tailoring the EVO template to new company code requirements.
This support goes from Design to Go-Live.
Furthermore, the Lead IT Product Manager ensures the internal System integrator will deliver according to agreed requirements and the implementation follows the Vodafone template.
Expectations.
We are looking for a self-driven individual who can consult the business, and who can challenge solutions provided by the SI to ensure Vodafone standards are achieved.
The candidate will have strong people managing skills and experience in managing a team.
A comprehensive knowledge of SAP S4 Finance solutions and a strong knowledge how finance processes are implemented with SAP S4.
Experience with SCM and HR applications will complete the profile.

Vodafone has an implementation approach based on ASAP methodology.
And started recently to apply an agile delivery approach.
The candidate should have experience in applying and following SAP delivery methodology.
Agile experience or Agile training are a plus.
•    Strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and to achieve challenging deadlines.
Used to work in a global and multicultural environment.
•    Experience in a multinational company is a must.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
•    Extensive experience of SAP/ERP implementations and methodologies.
Agile training or experience is a plus.
•    SAP Certified in Finance.
•    Experience (over 10 years) in in large-scale and complex Business Transformation Programmes across multiple countries.
•    Good understanding of several of the following SAP FI modules.
GL, AR, AP, Assets, Overhead Cost Management, COPA, TCM.
•    Strong knowledge SAP SCM and HR solutions and their integration into S4 finance.
Interacting with.
•    Program managers and project managers.
•    The role will work mostly with Business Stakeholders, Global Process Owner and Leads and external/internal System Integrator.
