DEMAND PLANNER

RG May MASS COMMODITIES FUNCTIONS We are currently recruiting a Demand Planner, as a result of the growth in the Retail and AHF channels.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of a multi-category business and leading the demand planning accuracy.
This will be done through a deep control and management of flows of stock and inbound production planning to sell-in sales to clients.
As key responsibilities we can highlight the following.
- Focus on delivering accuracy through cooperating and leading IBP process.
- Work actively together with Marketing, Category and Sales team to project excellent sales planning in order to be more efficient and effective in our supply chain.
- - - Work closely with KAM team to develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year.
- You will be in charge of maintaining and creating new ways of reporting to extract key insights per business and clients to help us to improve in accuracy which drive into logistics cost.
Our ideal candidate will have.
• Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics,….) • 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain as Demand Planner.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI, Statistics.
• High stress tolerance, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Driving results (going the extra mile to get things done).
• Strong analytical skills and capacity to extract learnings and apply it.
• Capacity to lead the project IBP nationally, building an integrated process to work as a team.
• Competent extracting key commercial business insights to achieve great a DPA.
• Understanding the quote ”Retail = Detail”, meaning that excellent execution is key.
