Your mission.
The ultimate goal of the IBP program is to improve how SWE operates, resulting in profitable growth that balances strategic, financial and operational objectives, putting business improvements in the heart of the program.
This jobholder is responsible for representing unconstrained Demand forecast in iS&OP and iS&OE cycle by collaborating with Sales, Innovation, Marketing and Finance teams to enrich the driver-based forecast and identify R&Os and ensuring a good synchrony with his/peers Demand Planners of each MU.
Responsibilities Your day to day with us.
Generate accurate Short term Demand Planning outputs and manage DP tools and organization; including advanced modelling, collaborative planning, demand sensing, promotions, new product introduction and demand shaping Understand category dynamics and collaboration with commercial, finance and supply chain teams to create a consensus-based demand plan.
Prepare data and develop weekly forecasts for the short-term planning.
Measure the weekly demand plan performance.
Execute Demand Control Process and align on the weekly demand plan Manage Forecast unconstrained and constrained (volume) demand to ensure products are available at the right place and time, ensuring the financial forecasts are based on the “one demand plan” and its most accurate volume forecast Ensure successful process implementations by maintaining a positive approach, ongoing engagement and alignment with key stakeholders and supporting the internal stakeholders in solving issues that arise during the implementation period.
Identify volume gaps, risks and opportunities between the demand plan and the volume forecast vs.
AOP/ESP targets to develop action plans & address gaps Qualifications 4+ years of cross-functional experience at a similar position Strong analytical skills Ability to process and resolve complex issues, establish priorities and action plans across the value chain Strong team player Self-starter capable of managing his/her own agenda within a complex, fast paced environment.
Comfortable with process discipline and process adherence, but also able to identify and take opportunities to further develop and strengthen the process without compromising the end state Proficiency in both Spanish and English What makes us different? Hybrid working model.
